I'm Shambhu Nath Sharma here, from last month I am struggling to make my prepaid go postpaid. It all started with a call from CC and i was asked to submit the documents with 300rs, which i did. They informed me that for address verification someone will visit my home, that time itself i told that i am leaving for Native and requested to send after a week, But that didn't happened and i got message that my request is rejected because of fail in address verification. After 10 days again i got call and that lady asked the details, i explained the details, and till today no actions. I visited Airtel outlet today to enquire about the status of my request, they told to call the same number and ask to cancel and then only they will be able to initiate the process again.
I am using airtel pre-paid for about 7-8 years now, and I am not sure what it would have taken to convert my number to postpaid. I assume going to postpaid would have benefited airtel. I am really fed up, not sure my request of changing to postpaid will even be served.
By this way u are loosing customer, i am sure someone will take initiative to call me..
