First of all I am feeling very shame full after using airtel digital TV. Lot of time I face problems. And this time I feel, I should definitely go to consumer forum and press release.
I am vikram jeet, my customer id is[[protected]] and my registered mobile number is [[protected]]. I newly appont ath but ur agent are not acctivate my dth acount
and i will paid full payment on online Rs 1484 digital TV account on 22 dec 2020 and till now I am not able to see TV. I.e. my services is not active I am getting error
I called a several times on customer care to solve my problem but they people gives only the assurance and say one hour my agent will be activate ur account and this my agent no pls call the agent not pick the my call from last 2 days I calls on daily basis and I am doing same, customer care executive makes me fool.
I want, my services should be start as soon as possible and I want my money refund on my account which you are deducting on advance
online so i cancel ur aitel dth service and u let ur set of box return u will refund my money till now.
I am not at all satisfied with airtel services.
