[Resolved]  Airtel — Not addressing raised complaints

I have raised an issue of "NO CONNECTIVITY" at my residence area for last 10 days. I have called the customer care (I had to go to another locality to make call) and raised "service request" in the websites. using the Airtel(useless) App. All those service requests and complaints are closed without they addressing the issue. I am not able to make or receive calls still at the area. AREA: 1st Main, 1st 'A' Cross, Srinivagilu Main Road, Ejipura, Vivek Nagar POST, Bangalor 560047 These are several service requests I raised S.No. Ref.
