Hi Team,
Recently i did MNP from JIO to Airtel, when i am doing i didnt relize that they are offering me postpaid(In the openion that, it is going to be preapaid just like other network).

Somehow now i am Postpaid Airtel customer and i am having 499 plan.I am not satisfied with this as i am getting very good benefits with prepaid plans.
I have called to customer care and they offered by some extra data package but still i am not convinced with the postpaid as i am paying more money.
So i have reached to Chennai - navalur Airtel Showroom, they are reluctant to accept my request and asking me to reach Airtel Showroom at Adayar.
What i am not understanding why they are not thinking in the customer point of view and why they want me to pay more money when i dont want that.
Is it the Service, India's Largest network provider should provide to a customer?
If Airtel is not allowing me to convert to prepaid, i am not left with any option to discontinue this number. Was this information helpful? |
