I have been patiently waiting for fifteen days now to receive my DTH connection, but unfortunately, Airtel team has not been successful in delivering the product or providing any updates or resolutions. It appears to be a system glitch that your team has been unable to identify and rectify.
I have repeatedly requested the customer care executive for a communication reference number, but they have been unable to provide one, citing it as an internal communication matter.
I have been in contact with Mr. Hemant Vibhute (Mobile Number:[protected]. Mr. Vibhute has been diligently working towards resolving this issue since September 15th, 2023; however, the problem persists and remains unresolved.
I am interested in the Airtel Black Plan priced at Rs. 799/-, which includes 2 postpaid connections and 1 DTH service. Please take the necessary action and kindly confirm once it is done. Was this information helpful? |
