[Resolved]  Airtel — Not letting me use 4G even after paying 1498 Rupees one time recharge and thereafter 259 recharge

They have given me the time to resolve the matter by deadline today (24/Oct) but instead of resolving my problem o[censored]nable to use 4G they have given another 24 hours. I don't like this giving time and time..

I have written to them nearly 4 days ago that I am not able to use internet 4G.. Just 3G and 2G is working. They have given me a date (24/Oct) . Now when I visit there Airtel Store they replaced my SIM but nothing happens... Cause SIM was not the problem they have deregistered me on 4G which I was using 5 days back. Now on contacting again they have given me another date... Very bad.. Time to switch to another network. Will claim my 1498 1 year 4G recharge and will switch..
