Airtel has literally stopped providing service to customer, I had been asking for Airtel connection for 3 months, each person calls and says that it is in process and few call and say to pay the bill for connection not establish, they now say sorry sir it is not feasible and even now they are saying that box is full, my question is to Airtel, if box is full why don't you add one more box if consumer demand is high, why do you lie and charge so much money for poor connection, even I have internet connection in house, using for 3 years and still my speed is 2mbps and in deeper detail it is actually 20kb/s (2G) and they charge additionally 200rs extra every month and they took 1000 rs for modem also,

What I suggest to Airtel is kindly shut the shutter of your office and join reliance Jio, to learn how to provide commited service,
I m extremely sorry Airtel, you are worst than any network I have been using,
Regret the fact i m your customer for 2 years, quite shame.
