Airtel — not receiving text messages

I am not receiving text messages from any number on my airtel mobile. The problem started on 30th april 2018 and is still persisting. Please help at the earliest. My name is sonal singhal. The sim is on roaming. Request you to enable the services. My complaint number is [protected] logged by airtel customer care.
Is there a possibility that message service is hacked?
