Hi,
I have two airtel postpaid connections. The numbers are [protected] and [protected].
For both the connections I have opted for paper bill (ordinary). The bill period ends by 23rd of every month. No month I am receiving the bill properly. Their records say it is delivered. I feel their courier is not doing the job properly. But airtel is not bothered to know whether the bills are delivered or not. They talk as if it is not their responsibility if the courier does not deliver the bill. Every month I have to wait for 12days (till 5th of next
month) and then ask for duplicate bill. After repeated calling the customer care I get the bill by last date of
payment or even afer that. I am not getting sufficient time for the payment. Today is the last day for payment, but till now I have not received the bill. They insist me to pay the fine. Is it my problem if I do not get the bill from them? When they give the option of paper bill, it is their responsibility to deliver the the bill ontime.
I am fed up of calling airtel and sending emails for the bill every month. The managers are also ineffective in addressing this issue, simply they give false promises saying it will not repeat. Airtel is troubling me in this regard. They are not giving me the proper service what they are supposed to.
