[Resolved]  Airtel — Not refunding my post paid connection security

I bought a new post paid connection from Airtel website where I chose my plan, chose my mobile number and paid the deposit amount of Rs 500. Till today around 10 days after submitting the request I have not been provided the sim and neither have they collected my documents . So I requested the airtel nodal officer and yesterday the appellate authority to kindly refund my depost amount. But no one is responding now. Hi Saurav

If you read my post carefully you will find out that I want refund for my transaction as Airtel failed to provide me the post paid connection around 15 days after I submitted the required money. Kindly update me with cancellation status and number of days in which I can expect to get the security deposit carefully.

Navneet
No response from Nodal officer, Appellate authority and airtel presence team of any mails. This is the way you are resolving the problem. Just refund my security deposit I am not going to take this connection now under any circumstances after so much harassement.
