Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am Lalit Chauhan using airtel wifi (landline no-[protected]or [protected]) registered mob.no.[protected].From 1 sep 2023 raised a complaint regarding to shifting my connection to my new adress.Which is near by current location just 50 mtr.
From last 13 days no one responed or not a single technician visit.all the time airtel team accelerate the request and hold to wait for 24hr.
also request. If airtel to not able to shift or upgrade my connection.Then Refund my remaining payment or solve the problem asap.
but till the date.airtel not resolve my shifting or upgarde my plan.
as many mail alredy done on [protected]@airtel.com

I am using AIRTEL BROADBAND from last 2 months and from sep1, 2023 raised a query to cancel my shifting request. but till the date query not resolve.
Team AIRTEL SHAM ON YOU to take a so much time to resolve. if you not able to do.then refend the amount.
Team AIRTEL you don't deserve a single star. kindly stop rough information to people.
