Airtel — not upgrading 3g to 4g

Dear sir, this is roddam mohsina from hindupur, anantapur district, andhra pradesh pin code 515201, past 16 days iam visiting all airtel show rooms regarding issue iam unable to upgrade 3g to 4g sim, in airyel outlet they are sending sim the digits number reply getting unable to process and i spoke to customer care lot of times they are saying data not found, aadhar verification not done, variety variety answers am getting am irritating this issue at least mnp option also not giving to me. Pls kindly resolve this issue are give me options to change my network to another network. My alternate number is [protected]
