Airtel — not working of internet service

I got recharged my sim no.[protected] airtel : package :rs.345.00 (Unlimited all call and 2gb data per day for 28 days). Its validity is up to 25/09/2017 but i am sorry to say that internet services has been stopped in my 4g lenovo mobile-4gsim. It was contacted to customer care but they did not give any satisfactory answer. It is requested that kindly do the needful action for providing me internet service on my mobile.

Whenever I try to make an online payment using Airtel Money Wallet, I see a message (of which, I'm attaching a screeshot to this complaint). Kindly unblock my Airtel money account so that i can use it further.
