[Resolved] Airtel — Notice before legal | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with the reference of my two airtel postpaid numbers [protected], [protected] in the name of Abhinav Upadhyay. I got these two numbers postpaid on 27 July 2016 followed by the televerification. Since that day, all incomings are shown as UNKNOWN. No number or name is written on the screen while the incoming calls. I registered the complained they gave me 8 hours to resolve the issue with complaint number 70564080 and 70564096, i am writing you after more than 24 hours and now my all incoming calls are deactivated. No resolution has been done. i have suffered heavy damage with my work due to no incomings. Kindly go through this issue on priority basis or else we shall talk legally.
