Airtel — Number deactivated and wrong plan activated | |||
I shifted to postpaid family plan of Airtel and connected 4 users to it. Two of them had to be converted to postpaid first, so request for their conversion went through. One of the numbers jammed and has no network. After numerous online, phone and in-person complaints, the customer service has failed to redress the issue. What was supposed to take 48 hours, is soon gonna become 48 days now. Secondly, one of the numbers had Corporate plan, and had to be converted to individual plan and then to family plan as per the norms. It has converted to individual one but not family plan. 48 hours have already passed and the customer service when asked, appears to be clueless about the issue. Even senior officials have not been able to solve this. I have now decided to give Airtel a break and shift to other services. Was this information helpful? | |||
