Airtel — Old sim deactivated new sim not activated - 1 week

I am generally very fond of Airtel and all of my products broadband, DTH mobile are airtel in spite of high rates. From last one week I am frustrated like a mad man because of irritating service caused by Airtel. I was using a postpaid number with corporate my plan which I wanted to shift to family plan. They have deactivated my previous number and new sim is not activated from last 4 days. All my accounts are linked with that number. I am not able to to do anything(tickets, recharges, payments) because o[censored]navailability of my regular number. I am definitely going to port my number to idea, at least I will pay less. My relocation request for broadband is also pending from last 15 days with request number 64116104. God knows what will happen to that.

Hi Team,

I have requested the new Airtel 4G sim online and day before yesterday i activated the sim through sending a message to 121 (SIM with sim number) and till now its not activated yet. I went to nearest Airtel store 3 times and they are telling different different things, Today again i went to the store and now they are telling we can't activate this Sim, now you have to get the duplicate sim which will get activated in 24 hours. So please help me to get activated my current sim because it's already been 3 days and I am facing lots of problem with that.
