[Resolved]  Airtel — Online Data Recharge of Rs. 154 on 30 Jan 2017

Hello,
Yesterday(30/01/2017) I recharged online for my number [protected] with the data plan or Rs.154 - 1 GB data for 28 days. [Screenshots - Plan.jpg, ]
RechargeInfo.jpg attached]

I have not received any sms for this recharge transaction. Still, recharge was successful, transaction id :[protected]. But, the data shown post recharge is around 625 MB instead of 1 GB [Screenshot - BalancePostRecharge.jpg attached]

So I have NOT received the 1GB data completely as shown in the website plan. Kindly credit the remaining amount of data that I should receive and please make sure the issue is resolved asap.

Updated by arrao.smg Thanks for response. I would appreciate if you please credit the remaining data to my no. asap.

I am getting hoax/prank calls asking account details and all, which is quite annoying :(

I need the details for a number [protected] . I've been receiving prank calls from that number and I need to speak with the concerned person . I will email the call record if need be . Please do comply . I don't wish to port my number but that was really beyond cruel to do
