[Resolved] Airtel — Online recharge failed but money deducted | |||||
Hi my number is [protected]. I have recharged [protected] with airtel app with 110 INR on[protected]. The money got deducted from sbi account but didn't recharge the transaction number from sbi isTXN#[protected]. Later in the app it said recharge unsuccessful. Kindly refund my amount. I complained it to airtel but they didn't respond. The called customer care of SBI bank. They said they cant register a complaint. and The details are not updated.
