Airtel — Online recharge for 3-g internet was not proceed after deduction of Rs.96/- | |||
Respected sir i have recharged online 3-g internet pack of rupees 96/- on my mobile no. [protected], on the date of 19/08/2015 through(www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/prepaid/easy-recharge-enter-number) and payment mode was sbi internet banking, before paying online payment Bharti airtel send me OTP no. 64407280. My sbi Transaction reference no.IG0AOBGMW6 for Rs. 96/-. But my mobile no.[protected] still do not recharged for 3-g internet pack of rupees 96/- I have call to customer care about above said grievance, but she replied that no such online recharge in being processed by you. sir may kind interfere in this matter to give me justice by giving back of deducted amount or recharge for 3-G internet My mail id is arvindmalviya663.[protected]@gmail.com moile no.
