[Resolved] Airtel — Online recharge not done | |||
My under mentioned concerned is not resolved till now."I have done recharge of my phone no.[protected] with rs 2000.txn Id 596604 dated 31jul 2016 through airtel app. But my recharge not done and amount has been deducted from my account.I have contected four times on 121 to customer care on phone.but till now my money not refunded to my account.every time they tell that your money will be refunded to your account. But very sorry to say that till now my money not refunded to my account .please do needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
