[Resolved]  Airtel — Online top up not working but money deducted

I hold an Airel number [protected] and did an online topup for 3G for Rs 249. The amount was deducted from the bank but the Airtel site threw an error saying that there was some issue. Obviously it is an Airtel issue but still I had to pay for calling customer care. The customer care executive could not understand or talk in English and so had to talk to someone else called Mamta I guess. She said that it will take 7 days to get the top up done. I am not sure what I need to do waiting for 7 days. The reference number is 997070. Please address this issue Vijay
