[Resolved]  Airtel — Other account linked to my cell number

I am now tired of calling 198 to complain that there is another account[protected] that is linked to my personal mobile number. 989xxxx68. I have sent so many emails and calls to helpline every time they promise to look into the matter but no resolution yet. Its two years now... WOW... Please note that this account[protected] is in the name of 'Weiss Rohlig Insdia Pvt. Ltd" and I have left that company in 2012. My personal mobile number has been mentioned in the "Relationship" section of your system (as per information of 198 executive) and thus when I log onto Airtel.in, I see my mobile + this broadband account. I also receive sms for payment due... I request you to delete / de-link / remove / erase this relationship between both accounts as I DO NOT WORK FOR THAT COMPANY ANY MORE... Please refer attached Screenshot fyi...

I cannot provide my contact details in an open forum. From the screenshot that I had attached, you can see my name basis which you can find out my contact details. Further, if you read my complaint properly, i have mentioned that i have sent emals to your customer service team so this comlaint is officially on record. Now I have added the Nodal officer & Apalette too...

This is real customer harassment...
