Airtel — otp. not receiving /receiving lately

I am also facing the same problem of not receiving otp banking messages
The banks are blaming network providers
Vice-versa
Our honourable prime minister wants to make india digital india
The bankers are not customer helpful
For toll-free no in iob they ask otp to proceed to complaint this problem
I am 68 years old retired from govt service from higher position & worked to satisfaction in serving people honestly
I learnt and am well aware in handling
Computers etc.,
I am frustrated & think that i have no sense in dealing theses people
