Airtel — outgoing call issues | |||
From last one and half month i am hear the incoming audio voice but my voice is not hear by calling or called person. When i am at office location (Hinjewadi) this issue was occure I have raised complement two month backs but no one was looking into. This is very worst service by airtel. No one was looking into it so i will write following line. :) Cell no [protected] Due to this i was miss important calls. Was this information helpful? | |||

The company want UIED of a damaged phone. Upon giving the uied as printed on the back of the phone they want a screenshot from the phone. How are we supposed to take a screenshot from the phone when the display isnt working?
This is just an attempt made by them to dodge the cost of repairing the phone.
