[Resolved] Airtel — Outgoing call problem | |||
Hello, I have been using this airtel number [protected] which belonged to delhi ncr region. On 12th july i got addmission in iit kharagpur so i placed a request for mnp and the number got transferred to wb circle on 21st of july after paying an amount of rs 300 in which i got rs 171 balance. I made last call on 22nd of july and remaining balance was around rs. 144. After that i am not able to make any call because my phone balance is made nil by airtel and i am not able to get my number further recharged due to some network issues. I talked to customer care executive many times since 23rd of july. They are not providing any correct information and misguiding me. Moreover, different cce gives different information about the problem and nobody is solving the problem. One of the cce told me that my number is still in delhi ncr region and i should talk to delhi ncr region cce. I am in deep travel as i am not able to contact my family and friend. I did not get any solution of my problem yet. I am getting assurence calls from airtel, saying that they are trying to solve the problem, the time given by them 72 hours is about to end ...oh I just got one missed call from airtel...I am really disappointed...
