Airtel — outgoing calls are not getting connected to any mobile number

I have airtel prepaid connection [protected]
My outgoing services have been reduced to 20 calls and 20 SMS but I have not opted for it my outgoing services have been not in service since 1.15pm dated 7/3/2020 plz activate my services without interruption and plz deactivate such services on my mobile number

I'm looking forward for response from you and please solve the issue as soon as possible if else I will switch to other network
