Airtel — outgoing & incoming service is closed

I have been using airtel from a very long time but of a sudden a message came from airtel stating that my out going service will stop onwards 8 nov 2018 and my incoming service will stop after 17 nov 2018, i have recharged ₹20 cause they asked me to recharge to continue the outgoing service, but still my outgoing service is closed and soon my incoming service will stop. Please resolve this issue.
