Airtel — outgoing not working on airtel prepaid sim | |||||
Hi, I have recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid in airtel. I have been struggling for last 3 days, but outgoing is not working. The customer care suggested to change the sim, but that also did not work. Is it possible to raise an escalation and get a huge amount for the mental harrassment done by airtel?
