Airtel — outgoing services barred | |||||
I have opted for mnp from jio to airtel, my ported sim card activated on 14/11/2017, since i am unable to call or send messages to anyone, incoming and internet services are working fine but outgoing is barred. I have contacted customer helpline number (121, 198) but all they are providing me complaint numbers. They assure to resolve complaints within a day. Even there customer service center of rajajipuram, lucknow is also providing me assurance regarding this.
