Airtel — OUTGOING SMS BLOCKED

HELLO SIR, Since 05.04.2015, my outgoing messages have been blocked. Messaging is an important part of my business, since I have to update my vendors regarding the prices of my services every now and then. I have been doing this since 2011 and there weren't any issues but now abruptly and without any prior notice the network provider has come up with this submission that my messages have been blocked as I have been added to the TRAI spamer's list. I requested them to get it unlocked or at least show me the way to do it myself and how to avoid it in the future but all in vain, no one has bothered to revert back or correct. Kindly help me.
