[Resolved] Airtel — Overcharged and when pointed out, mobile disconnected | |||||
I have been complaining on wrongfully overcharging my airtel connection since January 3rd 2016 when I had disconnected the Airtel 4G pack. Nothing has been done to rectify from their end despite giving clear details and multiple emails, they have been constantly ignoring the core issue. Now they have disconnected the mobile number and my girl child who has the number for her safety and contact is now left exposed to having no means of contacting her family in case of emergency... all this because I refused to bow down to the unfair and wrongful charges levied by Airtel. I shall appreciate if any lawyer can step forward and help me take this to the consumer court. I shall provide complete details of the calls and email exchange between me and Airtel on this.
