I am writing this mail on the issue of my recent Airtel Bill for my phone number for the period of 25 August to September 30th 2021.
I am a sports player and was representing the country in England.
During my quarantine period in England after arrival I was frequently contacted by the UK Health Service for which I could not decline the call.
For this Airtel has charged me 650 Rupees for a period of 9 days during my 10 day quarantine period in England which was compulsory before I represent my country in various tournaments.
I kindly request you to look into the matter as I was representing my country and the calls by the England Health Services had to be picked.
