Airtel — pack showing expired within four days.

Dear airtel team,

I got recharge done on 13th september (Rs :345). Its validity is 28 days.
Yesterday only my data got disconnected and on checking balance for data pack. Message was coming that ur pack has got expired.
I was very important work and it got stuck due to this. Its very disheartening that despite airtel being such a big network provider still i faced this issue. On calling 198 for customer complaint no one was available there for response and when it connected... Its forwarded to that 121 and there is no option coming for calling customer service for airtel. Hope to get response soon and solution.
