Airtel — pack validity issue

Mene apna unlimited pack 19 august 2019 ko 1699 rs se recharge kiya..jo 365 din ke liye tha...lekin mere purane pack ki validy 24 august thi..mujhe 1699 wala pack 25 august se lagu hoga yeh btaya gya tha...but bo pack 19 se start ho gya..plz resolve my complaint...my mobile no is [protected]..aap plz mere pack ko dekhkar aage proceed kre..mujhe bahut shi rhega
