Airtel — Pathetic Customer service Airtel - they generated too high postpaid bill but not depositing the amount | |||
In My March Airtel bill they wrongly added some pack (Internation roaming pack) which generated a total bill of ~ inr 12000. I am following from airtel customer care from last 2 months, I had called 4-5 times each time they say we have raised the complain with top priority and resolved in 3 days. but still no updates. My bill was auto payed by my credit card. i need to pay my credit card bill, amout is too high to pay. I am really frustrated with so poor customer service of Airtel. i am planing to close the connection once all things are sorted out. Was this information helpful? | |||

My issue is pending from last 2 months, everyday I am calling the airtel customer care, every day they are saying issue will resolved in 24 hours but still no resolution...
