[Resolved] Airtel — Pathetic experience with airtel | |||||
5-6 days back i have been asked to port my mobile no from voda to airtel by a airtel representative mr rakhi (i have her mobile no. as well) on which i got agree and she commits me that i'll get 450 free local calls, 70 std calls and 500mb data pack and i agreed on that. i asked her to send someone on saturday for further formalities. someone came form airtel for the documentation and i have given him the security amount as well. Next day i got a call from airtel to process the request further on which i asked that customer care girl to confirm my plan which i'll be getting. she confirmed me that i'll get just 250 local calls and some data pack. i called ms rakhi to confirm the same and she told me that no mam you'll get the same plan which i told you earlier and we'll give you 450 local calls, after 10-15 mins of argument she handed over the ph to some senior and that guy confirmed me that the plan i choose is not active now. on this, i asked her that just few minutes back your team member committed me for that plan only and i have given the security amount also. now how could you guys do that but that is just pathetic to talk to and after few minutes of discussion he just disconnected the call. After 5 mins i again got a call from the same girl rakhi and she told me that "mam the plan which you choose is not available now and i was not aware about the discontunation of the that plan buit now i can't do anything about it". i asked her why she committed me the plan than and if that's the case than someone should have informed me instead i was the one who was calling the customer care people and that girl rashi for the confirmation. I asked her now when i have done the formalities and security amount is also with you guys how could you say no?? over my discussion with her she said - this is not my problem mam and if you want you can take further action.
