[Resolved] Airtel — Pathetic service of 4G | |||
This is with my respect to my repetitive follow-up of the issue I am facing with my 4G connection [protected] at New Thippasandra, Bangalore. After having raised several complaints and tickets with Airtel in the last one, the speed for 4G for me continues to be pathetic. The network engineer visited my house and said there is a problem with the tower in my area - this has was 10 days back. I am not sure what Airtel is doing inspite of being aware that there is an issue. Absolutely disappointed by the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
