Hello sir,
As discussed on call regarding reference no 83958572 and other issues.
I am facing below issues ever since i ported in.

1. On my no 95*, i am not getting any call from bsnl an docomo nos.
I have raised this issue in nov and was asked to change my sim, even after that issue is not resolved.
After contacting again, i have asked to check with bsnl customer care as there is no problem with airtel.
Still issue is not resolved

2. On my another no 82*, 3g/4g data services are not available in office location.
Office location :* hinjawadi phase ii, rajiv gandhi infotech park, pune, maharashtra 411057.

We've raised this issue multiple times since january but haven't received any solution.
As i discussed with csrs in feb (Multiple times), i already informed that ill not be able to pay the bill if my issues are not resolved.
At that time they said it won't be a problem and my connection won't be disconnected.
But yesterday my outgoing was discontinued and i have faced lot of challenges to resolve this.
I am already sick of calling customer care daily, you can check records.

3. Even i had informed regarding bill payment, i have been charged late fee, which should be removed at any cost.
As this was because of my pending issues which were not resolved and already communicated to csrs multiple times.

Again i have received a call in morning that my incoming will be discontinued shortly.

-today after speaking to nodal officer i came to know that these n/w issue will not be resolved easily and they are not able clear out my bill as well.
Since my main plan is regarding data and i'm not able to use below services.

A) i was not able used any data in jan/feb/march on 82*
B) and most of incoming calls were not coming on 95* since november as mentioned above
C) and due 3months rule, i was not able to port out to another provider

If you know that you will not able to resolve the issue, at least please let us free.

Your n/w is pathetic and your service is cherry on that.

latest update.
1-Airtel is not allowing to port me because i have stay 90 days with airtel.
2-Not resolving n/w issue as it requires infra upgrade.
3-Not discounting my rental

I purchased a new duplicate simcard. But still the sim is not activated. My mobile no: [protected]. Sim no:[protected]. IMSI no:[protected]. Thank u..
I did not get glamour zone activated.. it got automatically activated without my consent and deducted money from my account
My sim card is rejected. When switch on my phone it sees your sim is rejected.what im now do????
