[Resolved] Airtel Payment Bank — [protected] airtel payment bank a/c freezes | |||
I have deposited rs. 5, 000/- to my airtel payment bank account on the date of 18/01/2018. Problem is it's showing rs.5000/- balance in my account, and i am not able to use the balance. Kyc of the a/c has been completed. Whenever i try to transfer or recharge, it's showing error like debit for this account is not allowed. I have called customer care so many times. It's been 10 days, but the problem is not solved yet. So please rectify the problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
