Airtel Payment Bank — debit freeze account | |
I have added rs. 5097/- money in airtel payment bank as on following : 30/11/2017 - rs. 1000/- 06/12/2017 - rs. 20/- 12/12/2017 - rs. 4077/- But i am unable to do any kind of transaction in my account from that day. I tried every mode of transaction like recharge or transferring money but an error occurs saying "debit for your account is not allowed" I called customer care they said me to send my kyc details. Which i sended to them. For which i received a case id : 1296618 on 01/01/2018 But it doesn't work so, i called again they said you have to send the statement for the same from where you added the amount. So, i sended the statement of my card from where i added money. For which again i received a case id : 1320121 on 05/01/2018 But still no resolution provided from airtel. Every time i call to customer care they said that we are forwarding the same just wait for 48 hrs your case will be resolved. But at the end no solution done from airtel till. Its almost 03 months and still i am unable to do any kind of transaction. Please do the needful. An early action will be highly appreciable. Was this information helpful? | |
