While making payment to my airtel broadband bill amount of Rs 588.82 on 13/05/22 through airtel payment bank my bank account debited twice but both time showed payment failed at their end don't know where this money has gone and why this has happened their services seems highly unreliable and untrustworthy also their customer care is two steps ahead nodal officer denied any such transaction and money collected by them such shameless lier my Rs 1177.64 stuck with airtel payment bank they should refund the same without any delay
I learned with airtel payment bank one's hard-earned money is at risk
