Airtel Payments Bank — not receive rs. 2000

I am using airtel payment bank, i have a transaction of rs. 2000/- from airtel payment bank to paytm on 8th sep 2018 at 01:22 am, but amount was not transfer also amount was deducted from my airtel payment bank account, after this i have shared my paytm statement on airtel payment bank complain mail id and more times made the call. Now airtel payment bank representative ask me wait for 45 days.
Why i wait for 45 days?
