[Resolved]  Airtel — Person from Consumer Complaints department is asking Credit Card Detail for verification

I have submitted a complaint just few minutes before regarding Airtel 3G data service" and got a phone call from +91 [protected] and the person is asking for my credit card detail including 3 digit CCV number fro verification. Please let us know why this fellow is asking all credit card information for their verification. How do I know whether the person is calling from consumer complaints department? Please clarify.
