[Resolved] Airtel — plan change without informing airtel cheating | |||
Hi I'm recharge on 20th june 2015 my mobile number [protected] topup of 66 for full talk time 10 days validity this plan more than two years but actually today is 6th day I'm calling no balance because I'm thinking I have balance 34 and valitidity also 5 days and sent so I called airtel customer care 198 they saying plan change to 5 days validity without inform to us how they change or at least they can inform after changes Vi Sms unwanted SMS daily coming from airtel but they are saying every time i check and recharge make people foolish cheated me Was this information helpful? | |||
