I own a prepaid sim no, [protected] for the last 10 years (Around) and i remember to have furnished all relevant documents of my identity on procurement of this sim at the time of purchase when i was residing in assam, digboi while rendering my service.
In 2015, i got retired and shifted to my native place bareilly, uttar pradesh and then i port it into uttar pradesh circle by providing again the all relevant documents to my nearest airtel office.
Now the problem is that my sim got disabled for the last 20 days and when i visited the airtel office they couldn't tell me the valid reason for disabling my sim services. On insisting and enquired several times, they said there is some mismatch in the identity details, some details are matching with my id and some are present with other person names.
So, here i want to know when i handed over all genuine and correct documents of my identity to the airtel staff every time then how come this huge mistake happen and why now i am being suffered for the irresponsible behavior of the airtel staff.
After getting no valid response from the airtel office here, i am now writing you to inform the whole matter because as you know the sim was with me for last many years and i am a loyal customer of airtel even my family all have the airtel service only, for t. V airtel digital tv as well.
So, i would request you to kindly look into the issue and re-enable my sim services as soon as possible. As you know all my banking and pension things are linked with this sim so you can imagine what sort of inconvenience i am going through these many days.
