Dear sir/madam, I want you to please cancel my airtel datacard - [protected]. I have been to the airtel shop last month at rajajinagar (https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Airtel+Express/@13.0036169, 77.5493412, 18.75z/data=! 4m8! 1m2! 2m1! 1sairtel+rajajinagar! 3m4! 1s0x0:0xcd27a7effbd891af! 8m2! 3d13.0037391! 4d77.550096) to get my card cancelled. I have still got the bill for the past 2 months and no call back from the store so far. I believe that this is soon going to elicit a need for an escalated complaint. Please cancel my bill. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 12, 2018 Sangeet Jaiswal's response When I have connected my Airtel hotspot it was displayed in the screen that a new update is available I have clicked on update button it started update download was completely done then wifi was switched off by itself and then all four lights on my router is study on it is still on after 1 day continously
