I am using above no.[protected] for more than 18 YEARS.
To update this with my Aadhar I requested for change of ownership (Corporate account to Individual) as per email from Airtel dated Feb 18, 2018 and submitted my Aadhar along with NOC from Company (as required) on Feb 24, 2018 at Sector 15 Faridabad.
On March 3, 2018 at 3:48 PM – SMS : Thank you for your interest in Airtel! Received request for activation of mob [protected]. Will be activated within 24 Hours! And at 4:48 pm received SMS – address verification completed.
On March 5, 2018, when contacted Customer Service (121) I was told ‘No Order generated’ for this no. Advised to Visit Store again. So visited the Store met the Manager Amit and CS Executed Kuldeep. They informed, - No problem from their side. Ticket raised for resolution. Will be done in next 24 hours.
On March 6, 2018 3 PM and again at 8PM – Store person tells me, no resolution so far. Wait for more time. Was this information helpful? |
