Sir I have recharge 399 plan on 8aug17 it plan provides 1gb 4g network per day but from last 3 days to the network is not providing 1gb internet per day but without using any network they had showed complete use of 1gb network per day, customer care no also not responding plz respond

I have ported my number to Airtel, for their 4G good services, but the speed of internet is very low.In television, they always show that they have the highest speed on the internet over then JIO also.
But I am very disappointed with their services.

Airtel broadband people not allowing me to deactivate my Broad band connection .I have paid all bills nothing is pending but still they are not deactivating it .when i called to customer care service they are putting my call in hold and not answering my call.
I am Ranjit singh, I lost my mobile with SIM. My Airtel Prepaid Number is [protected] and its getting used. Kindly block it at the earliest
I have not requested any type of service to activate in my number still, NDTV NEWS service has been activated by airtle automatically and deducted ₹30 from my account balance. I need my money back and don't want to continue any kind of service.

I got an SMS from AIRTEL that I have to convert my SIM to 4G which is 2G now & it will be done free of cost at any Airtel Store. But the store at 1, Nilakantha Nagar, Unit - 8, in front of DAV Public School, Unit - 8, Pin - 751012 refused to do it & charging Rs50/-
