Airtel — poor customer care and money looting | |||
In reference to my complaint for channels not working for my airtel dth connection, had raised a complaint 10 days before and there was no resolution provided by airtel. After 10 days when called back to raise another complaint, airtel wants to loot money rs.150/- without any reason. When questioned about the reason, i was made to wait for more than 25 minutes in the same call. This kind of poor performance in customer care and ill treating the customer is not tolerable. Necessary action should definitely be taken against airtel. Sufficient recordings of phone call available. Was this information helpful? | |||
