Hi, This is Nagesh Chaoukekar From Mumbai..I was facing some Airtel SIgnal related issue with my Number [protected] from 24hrs on28th March, I was unable to access my Internet for whatsapp and other services. SO I tried to call on helpline, I had tried on 198.(So called Complaint Centre number)..
The call connected to Some Mr. Sachin..which was in Pune..I was told him full story about my issue. You cant imagine that what he told me..He told me very arrogantly don't do time pass, tell me fast what is the issue.and he is not ready to given transfer to supervisor.. ..
I was very surprised that How can Airtel company appoint that foolish and nonsence donkey to provide the services to customer..this conversation happened on evening after 5.30/- pm.SO plz pull out the recording of the call..Tell me what was my falult..And speciallly I want to talk with that representive in conference in front of his supervisor..
So all depends upon u...If i Didnt received any call regarding this i will go to really consumer forum and sue on you guys...Reallly... Was this information helpful? |
